8 wholemeal crackers
cream cheese

For bread
white high fibre bread
mashed avocado

For crackers
1. Spread crackers with cream cheese.

For bread
1. Toast bread.
2. Slice toast into fingers.
3. Spread mashed avocado onto toasted fingers.

Variation: Consider all kinds of spreads; marmite, jams, even boiled sweet potato.
