Pregnancy Confinement Family Weaning Kids Suggest a Recipe
Cheesy Noodles
 
Calcium is vital to your baby's diet and what better way to introduce it than cheese!
For babies between 9 to 12 months

1 cup cooked pasta (macaroni or spaghetti)
1/2 tomato
1 tablespoon sweet corn
1 tablespoon cottage cheese
fresh parsley

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
2. Put in pasta and leave to boil for about 10 minutes. Make it a little soft to adjust to baby's growing teeth.
3. Dice tomato.
4. Mix tomato, corn, cottage cheese, parsley and pasta together. Serve.

Variation: Instead of tomato, try mixed vegetables instead.
