Banana & Sultana Muffins |

For a healthy afternoon snack for baby, try this wholesome muffin recipe.

For babies between 9 to 12 months |

 |
2 cups self-raising flour |
 |
1/2 cup margarine |
 |
1 cup brown sugar |
 |
2 eggs |
 |
1/2 cup sultanas |
 |
2 medium banana mashed |
 |
1/4 baking soda |
 |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |

Preheat the oven to 200°C. |

Grease the muffin pan or prepare small paper cake cases. |

Blend together the margarine and sugar and then mix in the egg and banana. |
| 4. |
Combine the dry ingredients and then mix this into the wet ingredients. |
| 5. |
Place in muffin tins or paper cases and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. |

Variation: You may add in chopped nuts or chocolate chips if you wish.
