Chicken Paprika |

If you prefer something more spicy, try this tasty dish. It can be served with French Loaf or rice.

Serves: 3 people |

 |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
 |
1 large onion (sliced) |
 |
300 g button mushroom (sliced) |
 |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
 |
6 pieces chicken breast (cut into chunks) |
 |
200 ml chicken stock |
 |
150 ml sour cream or plain yogurt |
 |
2 tablespoons paprika |
 |
salt and pepper to taste |

Heat oil in large frying pan. Brown chicken all over, remove from pan and set aside. |

Sauté garlic, onion and mushroom for 3 minutes with the remaining oil. |

Add the browned chicken, paprika and chicken stock. Cook for about 5 to 8 minutes on low heat or until chicken is fully cooked. |

Stir in the yogurt or sour cream just before serving. Reheat without boiling. |
