1 kg cooked chicken fillets
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 mango (peeled and chopped)
4 spring onions
For mayonnaise
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon five spice powder
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
3/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
