Pregnancy Confinement Family Weaning Kids Suggest a Recipe
Apple Cake Delight
 
Apple cake is just about everyone's favourite. This quick, attractive and most importantly, delicious cake is sure to tempt your tastebuds.
Serves: 6 people

1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
125 g margarine (melted)
2 eggs (beaten)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 apples (peeled, cored and sliced)

1. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon together.
2. Add the beaten eggs and melted margarine.
3. Pour half the cake mixture into a well greased ring tin.
4. Add the apples, then the remaining cake mixture.
5. Bake in a 180°C oven for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold.
