Apple Cake Delight |

Apple cake is just about everyone's favourite. This quick, attractive and most importantly, delicious cake is sure to tempt your tastebuds.

Serves: 6 people |

1 cup sugar |
|
1 1/2 cups self-raising flour |
|
125 g margarine (melted) |
|
2 eggs (beaten) |
|
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
|
3 apples (peeled, cored and sliced) |

Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon together. |

Add the beaten eggs and melted margarine. |
| 3. |
Pour half the cake mixture into a well greased ring tin. |
| 4. |
Add the apples, then the remaining cake mixture. |
| 5. |
Bake in a 180°C oven for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold. |
