Serves: 4 people

2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon grated ginger
8 pieces chicken wing (separated)
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons light soya sauce
60 ml worcestershire sauce

1. Marinate wings in all the ingredients.
2. Leave for at least an hour.
3. Deep fry wings till brown and crispy.
