Pizzas are fun and simply delicious. They are easy to prepare and can be nutritious with the right choice of toppings.

Serves: 10 people |
| For dough |
300 g plain or self-raising flour |
125 ml warm water |
25 g frozen yeast |
25 g brown sugar |
a pinch of salt |
an egg |
For topping |
500 g cooked beef |
1 can button mushroom |
1 can diced pineapple |
1 packet mixed vegetables |
2 large spring onions |
2 large capsicums |
1 pack grated mozzarella cheese |
1 bottle chilli sauce |
1 bottle tomato sauce |
| 1. |
Mix yeast and sugar in the warm water. Stir until the mixture is dissolved. |
| 2. |
Mix flour, egg and a pinch of salt and add the yeast mixture slowly to form a dough. |
| 3. |
Put the dough aside, covering it with a damp cloth. Leave it to rise for at least half an hour. |
| 4. |
Once the dough rises, cut it into 4 pieces and flatten it in a pizza pan. Bake it for about 10 minutes. (For kids, you may make a very small base so that it looks more appetising.) |
| 5. |
When the dough is half cooked, arrange toppings and bake for another 20 minutes. Serve warm. |
