copy of Baby Plus, please call us at 63792888 or
email to circulation@epl.com.sg.
You may collect a copy from our office at EPL Building, 1100 Lower
Delta Road #04-01, Singapore 169206.
Please note that the
following conditions apply:
1. You must have given birth within the last 3 months;
2. If you want us to mail to you, please mail/fax/email copies
of your baby's birth certificate and your NRIC to us; and
3. If you are collecting from our office, please bring along your baby's birth certificate and
your NRIC.
